About Us
Jessi's Story
Jessi at the age of 8 found out she had a brain tumor in March of 2002. The tumor was in the center of her brain and the doctors had to operate and try to remove all that they could. Then she had 6 weeks of radiation followed by 1 year of chemo.
All of that brought Jessi to the idea of Jessi's Jam. It came from wanting to give back for all the blessings she has received from M.D. Anderson, Children's Mercy, Camp Quality NWMO and Make A Wish MO.
Our family is very musical and Jessi loves to sing so naturally music had to be a part of it because thats what we know about and all love.
Jessi's Jam began May 13 2007 and is continuing on today and hopefully for many years to come.

Our entire family helps us put together Jessi's Jam each year. Many friends and friends of friends help us to get auction items and bands to play for our event. We would like all the people who have helped make this event the bigger and better event each year to know how grateful we are for there support!!
